Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for submitting and managing coop/condo Board Packages.
  • Drafting listing agreements and coordinating necessary signatures.
  • Collaborating with management companies to gather due diligence documents.
  • Entering new listings into distribution systems and managing media uploads.
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding building and unit specifics.
  • Updating online listings for price adjustments and status changes.
  • Facilitating deal sheets and essential information for accepted offers.
  • Tracking contracts and liaising with attorneys as needed.
