Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for submitting and managing coop/condo Board Packages.
- Drafting listing agreements and coordinating necessary signatures.
- Collaborating with management companies to gather due diligence documents.
- Entering new listings into distribution systems and managing media uploads.
- Responding to client inquiries regarding building and unit specifics.
- Updating online listings for price adjustments and status changes.
- Facilitating deal sheets and essential information for accepted offers.
- Tracking contracts and liaising with attorneys as needed.
- Coordinating interviews and closings for approved buyer applications.
- Managing commission bills and payment instructions for attorneys.
- Submitting expenses for marketing reimbursements.
- Leading marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Overseeing sales listing activities such as photography, staging, and advertising.
- Ensuring data accuracy within our CRM system.
- Evaluating new referral opportunities for sales agents.
- Conducting analysis and presenting comparable properties for appraisals.
- Effectively managing project management tools to ensure task completion.
- Introducing potential new agents to team leadership.
- Collaborating with the support team and external vendors.
