Job Title: Contract Grants Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Grants Administrator to join our team in the Children's Services Administration Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, grants, and leases, as well as monitoring and evaluating human services programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts, grants, and leases, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate human services programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers.
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or a closely related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procuring, managing, and/or monitoring contracts, grants, and/or leases, or closely related experience.
  • Experience working in human services, specifically related to children and family services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
