About the Role

The primary focus of this role will be coordination of audits, vendor relationship coordination and review, and supporting business unit investor and regulatory change processing. The role will heavily use Black Knight/ICE MSP and require strong professional writing skills. The candidate should have advanced skills with Excel and be knowledgeable with mortgage terms and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document, communicate, validate, and refine necessary requirements.
  • Elicit information and ideas from subject matter experts, business owners, vendors, and others regarding existing and proposed business systems.
  • Research and interpret complex and sometimes competing business needs and translate into application and operational requirements.
  • Assist with business base development during the project initiate phase.
  • Assist in integration and user acceptance testing of new or revised workflows, processes, and/or systems.
  • Support the development of training, as well as implementation and post-implementation material.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and Technology Advancement Group.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, business systems, or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of relevant business analyst and/or project management and/or operations experience related to the assigned business unit function required.
  • Advanced business operations abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced data analysis skills including project management and/or operations.
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of development concepts and practices, potential applications, and customer requirements.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
Workstyle

This role is fully onsite.

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $55,000.00 to $76,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
