About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Services Associate to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As an Investment Services Associate, you will play a critical role in providing world-class service to our clients by processing requests, performing anti-money laundering checks, and responding to client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client requests, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account maintenance, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform anti-money laundering checks and follow up with clients for missing information, as needed.
  • Respond to and manage client inquiries, gaining a deeper understanding of the financial services industry and day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and reconcile client bank account activity.
  • Prepare redemption wire payments and monthly share registers.
  • Respond to audit inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years equivalent work-related experience required.
  • 0-2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
  • Willingness to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting.
  • Team player who also has the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a technology-focused and paperless office.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook desired.
