About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Services Associate to join our team at SS&C. As a key member of our fund administration services team, you will play a critical role in providing proactive and innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process investor subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform anti-money laundering and due diligence checks on investors, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Report to investors and clients, handling investor communications and inquiries
  • Monitor and reconcile client bank account activity, preparing redemption wire payments and monthly share registers
  • Respond to audit inquiries, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years equivalent work-related experience required
  • 0-2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients
  • Willingness to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting
  • Team player who also has the ability to work independently, problem solve, and take initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a technology-focused and paperless office
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook desired
