Sherman Oaks Health and Rehab Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Part-time Weekends Registered Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to a best-in-class care experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to all residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments, make regular rounds, and carry out physician's orders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required, ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Orient and welcome new residents and families, providing a warm and supportive environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California.
- Current valid CPR certification.
- Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software.
Compensation:
$44 - $48 per hour, depending on factors such as location, work schedule, and experience.
