Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Encino Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a sanitary environment.

• Prepare quality food according to established food safety policies
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent patient care

• Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
