About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the 4-H and Youth Development Agent in Stephens County. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective 4-H programs and activities that promote youth development and education.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and businesses, to build partnerships and support 4-H initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to 4-H volunteers and staff to ensure the success of 4-H programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets, grants, and other resources to support 4-H programs and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in youth development and education to inform program development and implementation.
