We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to lead our Plumbing and Heating department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding our HVAC operations, ensuring the department's success through hands-on participation and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee HVAC service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand HVAC department operations, driving growth and revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure department success.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Must be able to obtain NC HVAC license within a year.
  • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
  • At least a year of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • NATE Certified - preferred.
  • Great attitude and a strong desire to grow the business.
