The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, including experience design, sales, and various departments within TalentBurst, to ensure the timely coordination and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with the strategic direction set by the product marketing manager.

This role will also entail the responsibility of entering and monitoring marketing assets throughout their development and review stages using the company's project management platform.

Additionally, the coordinator will support various ad hoc marketing tasks that contribute to the overarching objectives of the product marketing team.

Oversee the timely execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, which may include advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, and more.


Work closely with the product marketing manager and external agencies to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, communication plans, and creative messaging concepts that resonate with the product's value proposition, objectives, and brand standards.

Prepare reports and presentations analyzing post-campaign performance, including actionable recommendations where appropriate. This includes compiling and processing financial data such as invoices and budget spreadsheets.

Coordinate, review, and manage the flow of marketing projects within the company's project management system. Facilitate the submission and coordination of identified research or data requests, ensuring the collection of necessary business information.

Self-motivated with the initiative to independently resolve issues
Understanding of marketing communications and the coordination of creative content

Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
