Personal Shopper

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Walmart. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing memberships, and promoting the value of our products and services.

• Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to promote the value of our products and services.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, and securing items until members arrive.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
