Hospitality Operations Manager

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to guests
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and overhead expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to increase food and beverage sales revenue
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and promotions
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College course work in a related field is helpful
- Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
