Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Hardware Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the best hardware for their applications. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist with shipping and receiving. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting hardware for their applications
  • Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat sales and grow customer accounts
  • Enter orders into the ordering system and track order flow and status
  • Communicate order status with customers and notify them when their orders are ready
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of inventory shipments

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years' experience in sales or a similar field
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly establish rapport with people
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Estimated Salary: $36,000 - $50,000 per year

Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am - 2pm on Saturday
