AT&T Retail Sales Consultant Opportunity

As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will be the center of attention for our customers. Your role is to create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise to meet their needs.

About This Role:

  • You will work on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options and helping them find the best solution.
  • As part of our team, you will participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Your schedule will be between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
  • In this fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we will provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to succeed.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an estimated starting hourly wage of $14.65 - $16.41 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities that could earn top sellers up to $62,460 per year.
