AT&T Sales Representative

As an Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their goals through our wide range of products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized recommendations for AT&T products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive communication and relationship-building
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- $14.41 per hour plus up to $13,700 + in commissions (if all sales goals are met)
