Position Overview:

The organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services, including emergency and inpatient care, ensuring a supportive environment for both patients and their families.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to Allina Health's emergency departments, with the flexibility to work from home and visit sites as necessary.
- Conduct daily assessments to prioritize patient care needs.
- Engage in weekly consultations with peers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health crisis clinicians and emergency department staff.
- Choose between 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with no on-call duties.
- Commit to working one weekend per month.

Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent international medical training.

Physical Requirements:
