About the Job

We're seeking a seasoned Compensation Manager to lead our compensation programs, leveraging expertise in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and salary structure creation to drive strategic decision-making. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will design, administer, and deliver compensation programs that align with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in compensation benchmarking and survey participation, and a proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective compensation strategies. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to pioneer innovative approaches to compensation, leveraging technology to optimize compensation systems and communicating effectively across teams.

In this pivotal role, you will conduct thorough compensation analyses, craft and refine compensation bands, and conduct detailed job analyses and evaluations. With a focus on driving competitive analysis, you will ensure market-aligned compensation programs and minimize organizational risk by staying compliant with current laws and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations, such as FLSA guidelines, ensures compliance in compensation practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cutting-edge data analysis tools to manipulate and visualize data effectively

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
