We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will design, administer, and deliver compensation programs that align with our organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and salary structure creation. With a focus on driving strategic decision-making, you will leverage data insights to inform compensation strategies, ensuring they are market-aligned and compliant with current laws and regulations.
This pivotal role involves collaborating with HR and leadership to pioneer innovative approaches to compensation, leveraging technology to optimize compensation systems, and communicating effectively across teams to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pioneer innovative approaches to compensation at a high-growth, publicly traded company, and partner with HR and leadership.
- Proven leader in compensation strategy with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational success through innovative, compliant, and market-aligned compensation programs.
- Demonstrated track record of success in designing, building, and implementing effective compensation strategies, policies, and procedures from the ground up, resulting in increased employee retention or satisfaction.
- Market data expert with comprehensive ownership of all compensation data and analysis throughout the full employee life cycle, including data reporting, updates, and audits, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Led and executed critical compensation projects, including job evaluation and redesign, salary analysis, salary structure creation, incentive plan development, and the realignment of salary grades and bands, aligning with organizational strategy and goals.
- Conduct and manage comprehensive compensation benchmarking and survey participation, driving competitive analysis to ensure market-aligned compensation programs.
- Ensure all compensation programs are compliant with current laws and regulations, minimizing organizational risk and aligning with best practices in the industry.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year.
