About the Role

Vanguard is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst Intern to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting our investors from risk and ensuring the security of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive security strategies to protect Vanguard's systems and data
  • Support achieving client outcomes and giving our investors the best chance at investment success
  • Gain hands-on experience in security strategy, risk mitigation, and digital ethics while practicing Agile & LEAN methodologies
  • Share your insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, supportive environments
  • Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, Security, Risk, Cybersecurity, or related technical/engineering subject matter
  • Strong interest in security/threat analysis, fraud mitigation, and reporting
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations
  • Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment
