About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Leader to join our team at Philips, a leading health technology company. As a Security Leader, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the security operations function within our Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with and provide strategic direction to various business units, markets, and governance functions on security matters, including routine security activities and emerging security risks.
  • Lead the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of applicable security controls, including the Security Management System.
  • Develop and authorize the implementation of necessary security policies, standards, procedures, templates, and guidelines.
  • Lead the design and operation of related monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
  • Develop and implement suitable security awareness training and educational activities.
  • Oversee global regulatory developments relevant to Philips and its customers, determining implications for the company.
  • Ensure secure software development, including life cycle management, identification of requirements, secure product design, and operational effectiveness of products, services, and solutions.
  • Report on Security Cluster and Business-specific Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product/information security, working in a large global organization with practical experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Knowledge of various frameworks/regulations, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, SOX, ITIL, COBIT, COSO, MITRE ATT&CK, or similar.
  • Experience in the creation and enforcement of information security, including compliance reporting.
  • Experience in Health information security and risk management (preferred).
  • Accredited certifications such as CISSP or CISM (preferred).
  • Cloud native environment and multi-cloud environment experience (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead.
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $113,000 to $194,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
