Position Overview:
As an Advanced Practice Nurse or Healthcare Provider, you will engage in high-level clinical healthcare activities. Your role encompasses assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care, either independently or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Clinical Assessment and Care Planning:**
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and develop tailored care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Initiate or adjust medical treatments as authorized by the supervising physician.

2. **Supervision and Leadership:**
- Oversee and guide the work of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.
- Provide specialized consultation and training to agency personnel and the broader medical community.

3. **Documentation and Compliance:**
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, reports, and legal documentation.
- Review patient assessments and medical records to ensure compliance with established policies and quality standards.

4. **Quality Improvement:**
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
- Analyze statistical data and performance evaluations to enhance nursing services.

5. **Education and Training:**
- Create and deliver in-service training and educational programs for nursing staff.
- Share clinical expertise as a consultant and instructor, utilizing health promotion strategies.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in nursing, physician assistant studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a collaborative primary care setting, or one year of clinical experience in a hospital environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
