- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Texas.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
