Job Overview
As a dynamic professional in our growing team at the Lighting Staffing Agency, you will play a key role in providing financial expertise to clients on transaction advisory engagements. With 3-5 years of experience in transaction services and a strong accounting background, you will be responsible for analyzing company data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a consultative approach to client service.

  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance.
  • Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and potential liabilities.
  • Create tailored transaction advisory analyses specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, and achievability of management's budget.
  • Document key findings and analysis in written report format.
  • Interfacing and building successful relationships with clients and target contacts.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a current CPA license preferred. A Master's degree is a plus. The candidate must have 3-5 years of transaction services experience and 6 years of overall accounting experience. Additionally, they must be self-directed, autonomous, motivated, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. They should also be an exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing. Travel may be required approximately 15% of the time.

Salary
We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and other incentives.
