About This Position: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to enhance our acquisition accounting team.

In this dynamic role, the Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of earnout and working capital calculations for newly acquired Agency Partners.

This responsibility encompasses a thorough financial review of Balance Sheets and Income Statements, project management, and maintaining a strong customer service presence while collaborating closely with Agency Principals.

The ideal candidate will possess robust accounting, organizational, continuous improvement, and communication skills to support substantial growth in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role within the Acrisure Home Office Finance team, serving as a trusted team member, thought partner, and advisor.


Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare agency earnout calculations and analyses, discussing outcomes with Agency partners
- Prepare agency Working Capital True-ups based on Opening Balance Sheets created by our Accounting Team
- Analyze due diligence related to agency accounting, collaborating cross-functionally with Acrisure Accounting and M&A team members
- Identify, communicate, and resolve financial risks associated with the calculations.
- Manage workflow of the pipeline to ensure legal delivery dates are adhered to
- Enhance process workflows and uphold Internal Controls

- Assist with financial analysis reporting requests, standardization, and other team objectives, including tracking holdback accruals for M&A-related balances on financial statements.

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance is required
- Public accounting experience is preferred
- CPA License is preferred
- FP&A experience is preferred
- Experience in a decentralized, global environment is preferred

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
