Client Support Specialist

Location: Phoebe Health

Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all client inquiries and requests are addressed with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy, reflecting the esteemed reputation of Phoebe Health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold attendance and punctuality standards as outlined by the organization.
  • Execute all responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of Phoebe Health.
  • Perform additional duties as required, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge in relevant areas through self-education and participation in ongoing training programs.
  • Attend team meetings and complete mandatory training and competency evaluations punctually.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in providing care to all clients, considering their diverse needs and backgrounds.

Work Environment

The work environment is generally well-lit and climate-controlled, with moderate noise levels. Occasional exposure to higher noise levels and bright lights may occur. Flexibility to switch between tasks without loss of efficiency is essential, as well as the ability to manage periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate Degree in a related field (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years in Healthcare Account Representation, Customer Service, or Telecommunications (Preferred)
  • 0 - 1 year of experience with Medical Terminology (Preferred)

Certifications:

CPAR Certification must be obtained within 20 months of hire.
