Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient Recruitment Coordinator who will play a crucial role in assisting the Recruitment team throughout the complete hiring process for various manufacturing positions involved in wind turbine production. As a vital member of the on-site recruitment team, the coordinator will deliver essential administrative support to Recruiters, Candidates, Hiring Managers, and RPO Managers. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, collaborating with HR on offer and onboarding procedures, generating reports, and aiding in the coordination of hiring events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee interview scheduling for a team of recruiters managing a high volume of candidates.
  • Facilitate on-site hiring events, ensuring candidates receive necessary travel information, safety protocols, plant tours, and participate in team assessment activities.
  • Administer background checks, drug screenings, and equipment provisioning in partnership with vendors.
  • Engage in and organize community recruiting events.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the application and onboarding process.
  • Prepare employment documentation and online materials for hiring events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative, coordination, customer service, or similar organizational roles.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume recruitment coordination role within staffing, RPO, or corporate settings for non-exempt positions.
  • Strong technical proficiency with candidate tracking systems, MS Office, and report generation.
  • Familiarity with HR documentation and knowledge of employment laws.
