Location: Marion, AR

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Work Shifts: Various Part-Time Schedules Available. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Monitor and assess the environment, providing reports on activities at your designated site.
  • Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports accurately.
  • Enforce customer protocols, regulations, and standards as necessary.
  • Manage access control duties.
  • Conduct badge verification.
  • Guide visitors appropriately.
  • Oversee security surveillance systems.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to pass a thorough screening process.
  • Required: Minimum of 6 months experience in Military or Law Enforcement Security.
  • Required: Must possess personal security equipment (firearm, ammunition, and duty belt).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of an armed security license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Valid identification (driver's license, social security card, or birth certificate).
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
  • Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations.
