About the Role

MaxSent is seeking highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officers to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients and ensuring the safety and well-being of their employees, visitors, and properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Services: Ensure the facility is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
  • Relationship Building: Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client employees and guests.
  • Reporting: Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances verbally and in writing.
  • Emergency Response: Handle security issues and emergency situations according to MaxSent protocol.
  • Site Operations: Understand site-specific operations including manuals and post orders.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and employees in a cheerful and welcoming manner.
  • Communication: Answer questions and assist visitors and employees.
  • Flexibility: Remain flexible to ever-changing environments and adapt well to different situations.
  • Patrolling: Patrol the facility on foot or in a vehicle.
  • Monitoring: Monitor closed-circuit television systems and alarms.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Must be at least 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Must meet at least one of the following criteria: 2 years of armed security experience, 2 years of military or National Guard service, successful completion of state-certified law enforcement education and training, or successful completion of police officers' standard training courses.
  • Skills: Candidates should have prior firearms experience, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written fluency in English, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, ability to work independently, and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Appearance and Demeanor: Neat and professional appearance, friendly and professional demeanor, and ability to provide quality customer service.
