Top Notch Security Inc. is seeking dedicated and experienced Security Professionals to join our team.
As a Security Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel. You will be responsible for upholding company policies and procedures while adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and in vehicles, to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain vigilant observation of surroundings, identifying and responding to suspicious or unusual activities promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with client representatives, fellow security officers, and supervisors to maintain open communication and coordinate security efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and other relevant occurrences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Enforce established security procedures and protocols, safeguarding assets and personnel from potential threats.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the public.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- An active armed or unarmed security license from the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum two years of experience as an armed or unarmed security officer, law enforcement officer, or military personnel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse individuals.
- A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
