Job Summary

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Salt Lake City office, working closely with attorneys on private and public companies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare routine documents, such as incorporation documents, board and shareholder actions, and third-party agreements.
  • Handle basic stock and option administration, including drafting agreements, preparing reports, and maintaining capitalization records.
  • Conduct blue sky and corporate legal research, prepare and handle corporate and securities filings.
  • Assist on venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.
  • Assist with correspondence to stockholders, directors, and investors, and handle daily corporate maintenance work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • Some corporate law firm experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Office suite, specifically Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $29.46 - $39.85 per hour, with the possibility of overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance.
