Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown
  • Monitor and maintain event spaces, ensuring cleanliness and aesthetic appeal
  • Collaborate with event managers and staff to ensure smooth event execution
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events, including ticketing, retail, and inventory management
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
