We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance bonuses and exceptional benefits.

The Restaurant Operations Leader will be responsible for:

  • Effectively delegating tasks to nurture and empower future leaders within the restaurant.
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of promotable Managers and Assistant Managers.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Certification in all hourly positions and successful completion of managerial training within the designated timeframe.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet navigation.
  • A solid understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Successful completion of background and credit checks.
  • Flexibility to perform various job functions and work different shifts as needed.
  • Willingness to work at any restaurant within the region as required.
