Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our team at J and J. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for processing invoices, researching and resolving billing discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and research billing discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
- Work closely with Service Managers and Collections to resolve disputed service calls/tickets
- Provide various reports to management as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless billing operations
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in JD Edwards and Microsoft Office
