We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. As a key member of our Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiology procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiology procedures according to exam protocol in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Maintain equipment and work areas to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- Report issues to management and assist in maintaining supplies inventory.
- Ensure patient safety by screening them according to approved policies and procedures.
- Obtain and verify relevant documentation, including patient history and shielding precautions.
- Maintain medical imaging records in accordance with department policies and standards.
- ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and helpful attitude, even under stress.
- Ability to take call, if required.
