Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence and informing business decisions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for senior living facilities, ensuring accurate financial planning and analysis.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify variances and trends, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Build financial models to support long-term planning, scenario analysis, and business case development, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business strategy, driving financial excellence and business success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • MBA/CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience using multi-entity property management software such as Yardi.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex financial concepts.
