Job Description

The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to assigned Graham Healthcare Capital portfolio companies. This includes preparing annual operating and capital budgets, conducting periodic short-term and long-range forecasting activities, and performing other ad-hoc financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements to identify variances and trends
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning and analysis tools

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Adaptive Insights experience a plus
  • MBA or CPA preferred
