Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas of opportunity or risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with budget or forecast preparation and monitor variances.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI performance related to labor, Program Finance, and other operational metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel. SQL proficiency preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with business intelligence, data management and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP a plus).
