Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

At Grace Pacific Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for all corporate projections and overseeing the Income Statement for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assist in preparing forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to prepare revenue and expense projections for annual and medium to long-term budgeting.
  • Prepare variance analysis to explain why actual results differed from the plan and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support strategic business decision-making.
  • Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior executives and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Assist with treasury functions, including analyzing and projecting working capital and cash flow for the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-10 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in construction and cost accounting.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented capabilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime. Laptop and other necessary equipment provided.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Valid driver's license and favorable traffic abstract. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email, with aptitude to learn in-house systems.
