- Respond to incoming inquiries and direct them to the relevant team members.
- Handle order processing and provide quotations for spare components.
- Monitor orders and backorders, keeping clients informed of any changes.
- Distribute daily invoices, manage mail sorting, and process check deposits.
- Update and maintain the company’s database efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support other departments as required.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to assist with collections.
- Participate in annual inventory checks and perform standard administrative duties.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about shipping procedures.
