Your Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Event Beverage Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the setup and preparation of banquet areas for events, serving as the bartender, and ensuring the efficient breakdown of these spaces post-event. You will be responsible for providing beverages and food to guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, including requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare and store fresh garnishes and other perishables to ensure quality.
  • Greet guests warmly and take drink orders, mixing and presenting beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Process transactions accurately, ensuring accountability for all beverages served.
  • Secure all items and manage cash drops responsibly.
  • Adhere to attendance standards as set by Dinjob.
  • Be adaptable to varying schedules based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of bartending experience, particularly in banquet settings.
  • Experience in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and spirits.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Current bartender certification or license.
