Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Event Beverage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the setup and preparation of beverage stations for events.
  • Serve drinks and food to guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare beverages for service staff and manage the banquet beverage bar.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar area.
  • Cutting and storing fresh garnishes and ensuring product quality.
  • Greeting guests warmly and taking drink orders accurately.
  • Mixing and presenting drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Processing transactions and maintaining accountability for all beverages served.
  • Securing all beverages and equipment at the end of events.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet service.
  • Experience in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of various beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Current bartending certification or license.
