We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality Verification & Standards (QVS) team as the Head of Experiential Quality for our Lifestyle and ARPG Studios. This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our games and experiences meets the highest standards. This will involve working closely with development teams, marketing, UXR, and Consumer Insights to create an experiential quality assessment platform. The candidate will also be responsible for assessing product quality progress, measuring progress, and suggesting top-level actions to address shortfalls.

Responsibilities
  • Create an experiential quality assessment platform with development teams and multiple partner teams
  • Assess product quality progress against expectations at regular milestones
  • Measure progress and suggest top-level actions to address shortfalls
  • Commit to predictable product quality and manage risk around it
  • Set inspiring and measurable goals for the team
  • Guide the team toward achieving those goals
  • Measure progress and make adjustments as needed
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in game development, preferably as an Executive Producer or Lead Producer
  • Influence-oriented with experience working with creative leaders, UXR, marketing, and quality verification teams
  • People connector who inspires others toward shared goals
  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to track, model, and present information in engaging ways
