Studio Operations Director

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our studio leadership, you will be responsible for leading the operations team and driving the studio's operational efficiency, risk management, and cost monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with studio leaders to support the studio vision, mission, and strategy.
  • Oversee studio budget and opex, recommending improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance to maintain a healthy P&L.
  • Oversee key projects that have a direct impact on game quality, predictability, efficiency, and team commitment.
  • Support game teams with their needs, deadlines, important deliverables, and risk management.
  • Engage in scenario planning to evaluate risk and opportunities, identify outcome and impact, and manage for both positive and negative possibilities.
  • Drive Objective and Key Results (OKRs) process for the studio.
  • Produce reports based on recommendations and monitoring indicators.
  • Effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Oversee the Operations discipline, hiring, mentoring, and inspiring teams through personal example and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in game development leadership and operations.
  • Collaborative, empathetic self-starter who encourages and promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Strategic thinker with an exceptional ability to manage risk, conflict, and constantly changing priorities.
  • Excels at communication, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in presenting high-impact plans and recommendations to executives.
  • Demonstratable analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to decipher complex multivariate problems.
What We Offer:

Electronic Arts offers a competitive salary range, a package of benefits including paid time off, 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
