About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our Labor and Delivery team at Lowell General Hospital. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain aseptic environments for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a surgical technology program or equivalent experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 6 months of experience in a surgical setting
