Within the framework of the Bank's risk parameters, the specialist will achieve success by continuously identifying, evaluating, managing, monitoring, and reporting various types of risks.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Cultivate a memorable customer experience by developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships within an assigned portfolio through proactive outreach via various channels.

2. Employ a consultative approach to identify and address the needs of current and prospective clients, tailoring recommendations and solutions accordingly.

3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and processes available.

4. Collaborate effectively with internal partners to ensure that client needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

5. Analyze client credit data and related financial information to ensure alignment with appropriate solutions.

6. Provide necessary customer support, emphasizing the value of both existing and new technologies.

7. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, exemplifying the ethical standards expected from all employees.

8. Perform additional duties as assigned.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.

- Sales experience is essential; experience in the financial sector is advantageous.

- Proven ability to establish rapport with new clients and deepen existing relationships.

- Proficient in representing the organization in both verbal and written communication.

- Capable of analyzing credit and financial data effectively.

- Demonstrates sound business judgment.

- Proven decision-making capabilities.

- This position necessitates S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Standard office setting with extended periods of computer screen use and occasional travel for meetings or training purposes.
