We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Program Specialist II to join our team at the State of Maryland. This is a full-time contractual position that requires strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Track and respond to constituent inquiries and Public Information Act (PIA) requests
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new workflows and project tasks related to constituent requests and appeals
- Collaborate with program directors to prepare responses to PIA requests and constituent inquiries
- Consult on strategies for program policies, operations, and evaluation
- Seven years of administrative or professional experience developing or applying policies and regulations in medical assistance, health insurance, federal or State entitlement programs
- Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Gmail
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with data analysis and presentation
