Clinical Nurse II, Medical Telemetry Specialist

As a Clinical Nurse II in our Medical Telemetry unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are looking to advance their careers and make a meaningful impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of safety and quality within the unit.
- Participate in unit governance and contribute to the development of strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a nurse in a comparable setting.
- Ability to learn and use computer systems to manage patient information.
