We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented sales professional to help us grow our referral base and enhance our community presence.

This position combines sales, marketing, and public relations to drive patient referrals and build strong relationships with local physicians and healthcare providers.

You will serve as the face of our clinic, promoting our services, strengthening our reputation, and managing a designated territory of medical practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

The Physician Liaison plays a critical role in the success of a clinic. This individual strives to increase patient referrals, strengthen relationships with providers and their staff, and provides prospective patients and the community with a first impression of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams.
  • Develops and implements specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing plans to meet goals.
  • Must exhibit excellent time management skills, organization, and communication skills.
  • Analyzing referral data daily.
  • Facilitating marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to use certain templates and programs for tracking and lead management.
  • Develops strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
  • Works collaboratively with other system functions that interact with physician offices.
  • Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff.
  • Uses research-based methods and implements strategies to build awareness and trust.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred.
  • Outside sales experience preferred.
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Effective territory manager, willing to travel within assigned territory.
  • Strong self-starter with effective oral and written communication skills.
