As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improving their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a strong client base through proactive prospecting, outreach, and sales efforts.
- Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely and efficient delivery of training sessions.
- Commit to a minimum of 30 work hours per week, including at least one weekend shift.
- Drive results by working towards individual and department budget goals.
- Enhance the fitness floor environment by ensuring it is clean, safe, and welcoming for all members, guests, and colleagues.
- Engage new members by providing personalized New Join Services and tailored workout plans.
- Be a fitness resource by assisting members with specific concerns and offering expert advice.
- Promote FFC programs by building relationships with members and matching them to our offerings.
- Deliver high-quality training by providing personalized exercise recommendations and monitoring client progress.
- Stay up-to-date with certifications and attend required department meetings, continuing education sessions, and member appreciation events.
- Contribute to the community by volunteering for special events and programs.
- Maintain detailed records of fitness evaluations, workout programs, client notes, and progress tracking in the Portal.
