About This Position

We're seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team, specializing in Meta and Google advertising. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing online advertising campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for online advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Create engaging ad copies and visuals, continuously optimizing them to improve performance and drive conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum reach, while meeting client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Utilize targeting options on Google and Meta platforms to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and changes in algorithms to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates on campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Present campaign performance data and findings to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in conducting Google and Meta media buying activities, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, and reliable, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply personalized training to action, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
  • Experience in account management, with a focus on client relations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Managed over 6 figures of ad spend, with a proven track record of driving results and meeting client objectives.
  • Experience and understanding of both Google and Facebook Ads, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client objectives.
  • Google Marketing Certification is a plus, but not required.
